PROJECT OVERVIEW
THE ASK:
Develop a new, cohesive brand identity for the TrueCar internal teams to leverage when attracting new talent and communicating with current employees.
THE SOLUTION:
The TrueCar Employer Brand was born, with the supporting message of ‘We are all Drivers’, communicating both a driven workforce that is motivated to improve and disrupt an industry, while also directly relating to the automotive space that TrueCar serves. The visual identity leverages a combination of abstract shapes and pathways inspired by the curves of roadways, the automobiles that the business helps sell and promote, and warm, candid moments of the individuals and workforce behind the brand.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT:
– Led the creative direction and thematic brainstorming for the overall style and design theory.
– Managed a team of designers, and worked alongside our lead copywriter, and lead producer.
– Led creative pitch meetings with our internal stakeholders and leadership team.
