PROJECT OVERVIEW
– Led creative direction and developed a wide range of assets for Yahoo’s 2023 TechPulse Developer Conference.
– Managed a team of designers, copywriters and motion artists. Worked alongside multiple stakeholders, production agencies, hotel venue staff and vendors.
– Decided on placement of creative throughout the venue, and assisted with arranging the master floor plan.
– Attended the event onsite to manage load-in, production crews, and attendee check-in flows.
Creative assets included:
Overarching creative thematic and event branding, design installations, stage design, stage graphics and effects, videos and animation styles, digital communications, web design, social assets, printed materials (wayfinding signage, menus, handouts, badges, swag) and awards.
